Unlike many other companies that supply either cheap flat pack units or the very expensive imported rigid cabinets, we make our own made to measure furniture in our local UK based factory. Quality is very important to us so we only use the highest standard and specification of materials as detailed below:
MFC = Melamine Faced Chipboard
MDF = Medium Density Fibreboard
PVC = Poly Vinyl Chloride
- Made from quality Egger or Kronospan 18mm MFC board
- Solid 18mm backs in base and tall cabinets
- Cream/White interior as standard but full colour available
- Exposed end panels in matching colour MFC or Veneer
- Slot router end panels to show no external screw caps
- Front edges finished in the robust 2mm PVC edging tape
- Fully adjustable plastic legs for clip-on plinths
- Quality Blum Soft-Close metal drawers with 18mm base
- Innovative Blum all metal hinges with Soft-Close pistons
- Cabinets can be made to measure at any width/depth
- Cut-outs for pipes, etc are done in the factory for a perfect fit
- Internal setup decided by you with no open screw holes
Kitchen & Bedroom Door Ranges
The door range you decide upon will ultimately be the deciding factor in how much you will pay for your furniture. Whatever the colour, the cabinets value will be the same with only one exception that being the use of veneer decor end panels to gain a better match for some wooden and painted door ranges. At Abbey we make the same profit per unit for all ranges which means the cost difference between the cheapest and most expensive range will be at our trade cost price only. Unlike other companies that charge you more for the expensive ranges with us it can make the high end door ranges much more affordable to our customers.
